Virtual Therapy Services available throughout Florida
Hope is here. Healing starts now.
Does this sound like you?
Your mind rarely slows down — you replay conversations, analyze texts, anticipate problems, or worry about how you came across long after interactions end.
You want closeness but also feel guarded — part of you longs for connection, while another part prepares for rejection, disappointment, or being misunderstood.
On the outside, you seem capable and put-together — but inside, you feel overwhelmed, sensitive, or exhausted from holding everything together.
If this sounds familiar, therapy can help you develop steadier emotions, clearer thinking, and relationships that feel secure rather than draining — all through supportive virtual sessions for adults in Boca Raton and throughout Florida.
At Hopeful Minds Therapy,
Our sessions will focus on helping you
pause, regulate, and respond intentionally
instead of reacting impulsively
Gain deeper self-understanding and learn skills for lasting change, not just short-term coping.
You’ll break patterns that keep you stuck and build more trust in yourself.
You’ll learn how to communicate and feel closer and more secure in your relationships.
You’ll feel more balanced emotionally and more steady day to day.

About Me
Therapy for Anger Management
When anger feels difficult to control, it can strain relationships and leave you feeling regretful or misunderstood. Anger management therapy helps you recognize triggers, regulate intense emotions, and express yourself in healthier, more constructive ways.
Therapy Services
Therapy for Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD
Past experiences can continue to shape how you feel, think, and respond to the world around you. Trauma therapy helps you safely process difficult memories, reduce emotional triggers, and gradually regain a stronger sense of safety, stability, and control in your life, while also building practical coping skills and resilience for healthier relationships and daily functioning.
Therapy for Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally disconnected. Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, learn and practice effective coping strategies, and gradually reconnect with a renewed sense of balance, purpose, and hope.
Therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder
Living with intense emotions and relationship challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. Therapy for borderline personality disorder focuses on building emotional regulation skills, strengthening self-understanding, and creating more stable, fulfilling relationships.
Struggling doesn’t always look dramatic…
Sometimes it shows up quietly — putting things off, losing momentum, or pulling back just as things begin to go well.
Other times, it feels louder — constant tension, reacting in ways you later regret, or carrying frustration and hurt beneath the surface.
Motivation may feel heavy.
Anxiety may not settle.
Mood shifts can be confusing.
Relationships may feel strained or stuck in repeating patterns.
Despite appearing capable — you may feel misunderstood or alone.
Qualified Supervision for Registered Social Work Interns
Working toward independent licensure can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Qualified supervision provides a supportive space to strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence, and navigate the challenges of developing your professional identity as a therapist.
Through supervision, we focus on case consultation, ethical decision-making, treatment planning, and developing your unique therapeutic style. My goal is to help you grow into a competent, confident clinician while meeting the requirements for licensure.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
My fee is $225 for a 50-minute session, whether individual or couples. Extended sessions are available, with each additional 30 minutes billed at $112. A limited sliding scale is offered based on financial need.
-
I do not accept insurance as payment for services. If you wish to seek reimbursement, I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company under your out-of-network benefits, as applicable. I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to understand your specific out-of-network mental health coverage and reimbursement rates.
I do not participate in insurance panels because many insurance companies impose strict limitations on the length, frequency, and type of treatment that can be provided. These restrictions can influence clinical decisions and may limit the depth or duration of care.
Benefits of working with an out-of-network provider:
Clinical flexibility. Our work is guided by your needs rather than insurance authorizations, session caps, or mandated treatment models.
Individualized treatment. I am able to design care that is thoughtful, intentional, and tailored specifically to you without external oversight shaping the process.
Enhanced privacy. Insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis and access to certain treatment information. Working out-of-network allows your personal health information to remain more private.
Continuity of care. Treatment is less likely to be interrupted by policy changes, coverage limits, or authorization expirations.
Client-centered decision making. The direction of your therapy is determined by what best supports your well-being, not by insurance guidelines.

I meet with clients for 50-minute sessions and offer extended sessions when scheduled in advance. Sessions are typically held once or twice per week, depending on your needs, goals, and budget. I recommend committing to weekly sessions for the first six months to establish a strong foundation and ensure consistent support. As we track your progress, we will collaborate to determine if transitioning to bi-weekly sessions is appropriate.
-
Yes, I offer intensive therapy sessions that go beyond the traditional 50-minute model. These extended sessions typically range from 90 minutes to 2 hours per day and can be scheduled as one session per week or multiple days.
Intensive therapy is a great option if you’re looking to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time or if your schedule makes it difficult to attend weekly sessions. I offer intensives for both individuals and relationships, tailored to your specific goals and needs.
